A BIT ABOUT US
Branden, Valorie, Titus, and Silas Dalberg
As an Electrician (Branden) and a Registered Nurse (Val), we have always had a passion to use our professions in missions. Married in 2014, we completed our DTS in 2016, and have served with YWAM off and on over the following years in multiple places. While staff in the Dominican Republic assisting with Homes of Hope and other YWAM ministries we felt God calling us back to Branden's hometown in NW Ontario to pioneer YWAM Sunset Country in 2020. YWAM Sunset Country was officially approved as a location in June 2021.
In our travels we have seen a need for "maintenance workers" and additional knowledge about hands on skills for missionaries and YWAM bases. Our heart is to train up others who want to join us in our mission to support others through those skills.
We are passionate about couples and families doing ministry together and whenever possible provide space for that. We still take trips as a family as each one of us has a role to play in encouraging others in the Body of Christ.
We are located 4 hours east of Winnipeg, MB and 3 hours west of Thunder Bay, ON just off the TransCanada Hwy
